[Cover] What is next battlefield outside the field? Cover and Underwear.

What can soccer player do when they are away from field?
A. Land on Fashion Magazine cover.
B. Launch his own underwear collection.

Let’s start with the Fashion Magazine cover.

As we know, World Cup is coming on its way to Brazil. We not only pay attention to which team will get the crown but which player is the hottest among them.(Yep, and it’s why FIFA can always catches our eyes.) FIFA knows it well, so does Fashion industry. Thus, there are two football superstars land on Vogue June issue cover in different country. One is Brazilian Neymar with super model Gisele Bündchen for Vogue Brazil, and another is C. Ronaldo with his super model girlfriend, Irina Shayk for Vogue España.(I can’t tell who is the lucky one.) the coincidence is they all shot by Mario Testino.

In Vogue Brazil, somehow, Gisele looks like a high fashion cheerleader and Neymar likes a teenage young player. (U know what? That’s all.) As for Vogue España, Wow, boy, the chemistry between this steamy couple is so unbelievably intense. Get Cristiano half naked on the cover is the most brilliant way to catch our attention.(Well done, Vogue España.)Moreover, they get Irina in “CR7” underwear collection which Cristiano launched last year. It really makes us hot. If we put this way on Gisele and Neymar, I believe Gisele will handle it very well and we will see Neymar’s face in red every photo.

Next field for competition: Underwear
Speak of the underwear, Cristiano is not the first or the last player launch collection. We all know that David Beckhame blazed a trail, and Cristiano followed suit. After him is Ivory Coast and Chelsea striker Didier Drogba, recently launched his own line of underwear, swimwear and t-shirts. The collection,  “Drogba & Co. by HOM”, raises money for his Foundation helping to improve the health and education across the Ivory Coast.(Such a philanthropist.)

I am not a fortune teller yet I can predict that more and more soccer players will launch underwear collections in the future.

But, why underwear? I mean, it makes sense if a swimmer such as Michael Fred Phelps lunches his swimming wear collection. Soccer players don’t only wear trunk or brief on the field. Oh, I got it, the collection they should lunch is “socks” instead of underwear. (search the #cockinasock)

I look forward to seeing u guys doing this collection.
